At Yulefest, Santa meets your kiddies, and gives them a present, inside one of our spectacular caves. What a unique experience to take home!
We have a mouth-watering Christmas-style dinner with all the trimmings in Chisolm's Restaurant, chocolates and live entertainment, every Friday and Saturday night throughout July.
Our Yulefest feast starts with canapes, followed by entree, main, dessert, tea/coffee and petit fours.
If you love tradition, you can choose a traditional Christmas menu favourite like 'mixed plate of roast turkey, marmalade glazed smoked Katoomba ham, pigs in blanket, roast potatoes and brussels sprouts' followed by 'Christmas pudding with brandy butter, vanilla bean ice cream' - if you can fit it all in.
Tempting choices also include dishes such as 'roast black angus, potatoes, Yorkshire pudding and onion parsnip ragout', 'Flambe banana with Nesselrode pudding and fig syrup' and the drool-worthy 'Strawberry and mango pavlova, with passionfruit ice cream' and much more.
Kids up to age 12 have their own Yulefest menu.
Historic Chisolm's Restaurant, with its old world atmosphere, is the perfect setting for Yulefest magic. Later, you can sip a hot chocolate (or something stronger) in the bar or in front of our open fire. Wouldn't you love to lean back with a glass of smooth cognac? This payment is for our Yulefest dinner, a small gift for each of your children, cocktail on arrival, chocolates and a 10% discount on cognac. Any additional items consumed during your Yulefest dining experience will require payment at the end of your meal, based on what you have ordered.
If you are driving from a Sydney direction, the route has changed and there is now a 30 minute detour. Always check www.livetraffic.com before you travel. If you require wheelchair access, please let us know ahead of time so we can organise escorting your vehicle down from the carpark to the caves and hotel.
